from this site.

To download, right-click (or Ctrl-click on a Mac)
one of the links on the right and choose "Save target as...",
and when the "Save as .." dialogue box pops up, choose where
on your computer to save the MP3 file.
Stream MP3 audio
To play the file now (streaming MP3) left click
the link. If you wish to save the MP3 for later use, please use the
download method above.
